The AGM for St Stephens Pavilion Management Company Ltd will be held online (in light of COVID-19 restrictions on gatherings) on Wednesday 2nd December 2020 at 7pm.
Invitations and the formal notices will be sent to all company members during W/C Monday 9th November 2020

You must register for the for the meeting online at https://tinyurl.com/sspmcl-agm2020 the deadline to do this is 5pm on the 2nd December 2020, once approved you will be sent a unique link and joining instructions that will enable you to take part in the meeting.
On the night of the meeting, members may log in from 6.45pm with the meeting starting promptly at 7pm. You will hear from the Board of Directors and will be able to questions. To facilitate a smooth and orderly meeting please stay on mute if you’re not talking and if you want to ask a question use the raise hand feature within the app or type your question in the chat box.
