The development was built by Charles Church between 2002 and 2010.

SSPMCL is responsible for the day to day management and maintenance of The Pavilion & Ivory Building.  SSPMCL is also responsible for car parking provision & grounds maintenance (within 5m of building) for Alexandra and Leicester House, The Pavilion & Ivory Building within former Norfolk and Norwich Hospital Site off  St Stephen’s Road, Norwich
