We would like to bring to the attention of all residents, the Lease restriction regarding animals / pets

For the avoidance of doubt, the Company (St Stephens Pavilion MCL) will not provide consent for any dog or other animal where access is required via the communal entrance ways / corridors etc.

This is a blanket restriction across the whole development for the benefit of all Leaseholders / residents.

Animals / Pets which can be transported within a cage / carrier can apply for consent accordingly.

The Company has also checked with the Freeholder who has confirmed no special consents were granted on any properties at point of purchase.
